Delivery and Tracking

Superior Urban implements free shipping all over the world. Every order has its own tracking number given via e-mail to the customer. Tracking number allows you to observe the parcel during the shipping period. 

Every order is shipped via trusted international postal service such as EMS and ePacket with the shortest shipping time available depending on country.

It has been our experience that, once you place the order, it takes about 5-7 days for the tracking number to appear.  If it does not appear after 7 days, please reach out to us.  

Also, we have noticed that, at times, when you receive your tracking number as a hyperlink, it brings you to a page that states, "This site can't be reached."  To work around this, do a Google search.  Go to google.com and in the search bar, paste your tracking number.  From there, you will be able to chose the carrier.  For instance, if you live in USA, choose the USPS.

• United States of America — 12-20 days
• United Kingdom — 14-20 days
• Australia — 10-18 days
• New Zealand — 12-18 days
• Canada — 14-20 days

Shipping time to other countries is no longer than 25 business days.
